ORDERING & CHECKOUT

HOW TO SHOP

From the product detail page, select your size when applicable, and then click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.

PLACING AN ORDER

To review the items in your shopping cart, click the “My Cart” link located at the top right corner of your screen. From this shopping cart page, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items or remove items by clicking the “X” to the left of items. When you are ready to checkout with the items in your cart, click on the “Check Out” button on this shopping cart page.

On the following screen, if you have previously placed an order with Latest Revival and registered for an account, please use the “Customer Sign In” to log into your account (enter your email address and password) and continue to the checkout. If you are shopping with Latest Revival for the first time or have not registered for an account, please click “Continue as Guest” to continue to the checkout. You may register for an account on the Order Confirmation page at the end of the checkout.

CHECK OUT

STEP 1: On the shipping screen, you will provide your 1) contact email address, which is where your order confirmation will be sent, and 2) billing/shipping address information.

Please note that your billing address should match the address on file with your bank. You may specify an alternative shipping address if this is different.

STEP 2: On the payment screen, you will be able to 1) enter any rewards or gift card codes, 2) select your shipping method and 3) see your updated total. To complete your purchase, enter your credit card information and click the “Complete Your Purchase” link at the bottom of the screen.

When your order is successfully placed, you will see an Order Confirmation page appear on your screen, as well as receive an immediate order confirmation email.

 

PAYMENT & BILLING

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express in our online checkout.

You may also make your payment via wire transfer or cashier’s check. If you wish to pay using either of these options, please email our team at Contact@LatestRevival.com.

COMMON CHECKOUT QUESTIONS

Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address on file with your bank. Please reach out to your bank to confirm the address associated with your credit card’s account.

It looks like you charged me multiple times. Why is this?
Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your credit card. If your credit card was declined, then you may see pending transactions for each time you attempted to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed on our site. We suggest checking your billing address before submitting your order again.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipped to an address in the state of New York.

 

US SHIPPING

Orders placed on LatestRevival.com are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after purchase.

Shipping time for “made-to-order” pieces may take longer, please reference the delivery details listed in product descriptions. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS

All domestic orders are insured and shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Ground delivery service.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY

For an order totaling over $1,000 or more, a signature is required regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx. For orders under $1,000, FedEx may require a signature. These requirements are for your security.

ORDER TRACKING  

To ensure the security of your package, we do not provide online tracking information for orders over certain prices. Our team carefully tracks all packages. If you have any questions regarding the delivery status of your order, please contact our team at Contact@latestrevival.com.

 

MANHATTAN MESSENGER DELIVERY

Same day messenger delivery is available Monday to Friday within Manhattan on orders placed before 1:00PM EST (orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be delivered the following day). A Latest Revival representative will reach out to you to confirm messenger arrangement and anticipated delivery.

Please ensure that you will be available to sign for your messenger delivery between 2:00PM to 6:00PM EST. Non-deliverable items will be returned, and may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery. This delivery option is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

MANHATTAN SHOWROOM PICKUP

If you choose to pick up your order from our NYC showroom, please reach out to Latest Revival directly at Contact@LatestRevival.com for additional information.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items in their new, original condition with their tags attached, may be returned for credit, exchange or refund.

All return orders must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To request a RA#, please email Returns@LatestRevival.com with your order number and the items you will be returning. Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of delivery. 

All merchandise must be received in the original condition (with tags attached) and cannot be used or damaged. Latest Revival reserves the right to deny the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

We highly recommend shipping returned items with a tracking number and insurance, as Latest Revival is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive an email notification from Latest Revival once we receive and process your return.

All international orders are insured and shipped via FedEx International Priority.

We aim to provide shipping services to most locations worldwide, but please note that FedEx may have certain shipping restrictions in place for certain destination. We will notify you as soon as possible if a shipment cannot be completed to your location.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges of your destination country. These additional charges, which are required for customs clearance, are the responsibility of the recipient. Latest Revival will not refund or credit such expenses. When your order arrives in customs, either our shipper FedEx, or the customs clearance office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

In some circumstances FedEx is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on a customer’s behalf. For example, FedEx may pay an advance fee when a country’s policies require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs; and then FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes. In such instances, you authorize us to designate FedEx to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owned by you.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that Latest Revival has no control over these charges, which are levied by the customs office of your destination country.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from LatestRevival.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to LatestRevival.com. This amount will be subtracted form your merchandise refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Items in their new, original condition with their tags attached, may be returned for credit, exchange or refund.

All return orders must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To request a RA#, please email Returns@LatestRevival.com with your order number and the items you will be returning. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

All merchandise must be received in the original condition (with tags attached) and cannot be used or damaged. Latest Revival reserves the right to deny the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

You may choose the shipping method of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and as such, recommend you insure and track your package.

You will receive an email notification from Latest Revival once we receive and process your return.
