In 2009, Péan was one of the recipients of the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award, and won the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award for Accessories that same year. Most recently, Péan was named one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business 1000 in January 2014. Péan was raised in the Washington D.C. area and received her B.A. in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
