The life of a model can involve a lot of waiting around, whether she’s in line with a dozen other girls at a go-see or on set in a hair and makeup chair. Former model Michelle Campbell Mason put that downtime to work, sketching jewelry designs that have now blossomed into a complete line, Campbell, for which she draws inspiration from the intersection of natural forms and modernist architecture – an intuitive creative mantra for the Laurel Canyon-based Mason. Recently featured on Vogue.com as one of “Three Jewelry Designers You Don’t Know But Should”, Mason’s creations are not to be missed.
