Latest Revival ships domestically and internationally. We use UPS or FedEx for Domestic shipping, and FedEx or DHL for International shipping. We insure the items to the customer via FedEx (or any other carrier).
Shipping Rates
We ship from New York City. Shipping rates are dependent on order total, location and applicable taxes.
Shipping Time
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. For items that are “made-to-order”, please allow additional time for the item to be processed and shipped (please reference the delivery details listed in product description). A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
International Orders
Latest Revival will try to expedite shipments internationally but depending on the country, delays may occur during the customs clearance process. International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and fees charged by one’s country. Latest Revival will not refund or credit such expenses.
Undelivered Packages
Latest Revival is not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
Sales Tax
The sales tax policy applies to domestic orders only. The total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes.
Latest Revival is currently obligated to collect sales tax for New York. Items purchased during appointments in NY, or shipped to NY addresses will be taxed. Each state’s tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax.
Latest Revival Return Policy:
Return Policy
Items in original condition can be returned for credit, exchange or refund. All return orders must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To request a RA#, please email Returns@LatestRevival.com with your order number and the items you will be returning. Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of delivery.
All merchandise must be received in the original condition, with tags attached, and cannot be used or damaged. Upon receipt of returned goods, Latest Revival reserves the right to deny return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
Latest Revival highly recommends shipping the item with tracking number and insurance as Latest Revival is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while the item is being returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
